Geert Theuws has worked at Howrey since 2005. Geert operates in all fields of intellectual property law, in particular patent law. Since joining Howrey, he has been actively involved in e.g. the well-known ‘home draft case’ between Philips/InBev and Heineken, which was conducted in the Netherlands and in various foreign jurisdictions.

Geert graduated with honors from the University of Tilburg in 2005. During his studies, he focused in particular on intellectual property law. Geert was an editor of the legal student magazine Ars Aequi for several years.
