Frank Eijsvogels is involved in particular in litigating and advising in the field of intellectual property law, including copyright law, trademark law, design law and patent law. Frank furthermore litigates on IT related subjects (such as disputes in the computer industry) and advises clients on the drafting of IT agreements. Frank has very broad experience in setting up and implementing customs seizure programs under the Anti-Piracy Regulation.
Frank is co-author of the loose-leave comments on the 1995 Dutch Patent Act (Elsevier) and editor-in-chief of the loose-leave edition of Global Patent Litigation (Kluwer), in which he co‑authored the Dutch chapter and the chapter on the European Patent Convention. He furthermore lectures at the Dutch Patent Attorneys training institute. Before joining Howrey in 2003, Frank worked in De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek’s IP department.
